🚀 Your Role in the Pack
We are seeking an Operations Manager - Logistics & Distribution to manage our outsourced logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. This role will own the performance of our 3PL partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment, cost control, and outstanding customer experience across our global markets. Your mission is to ensure every Wuffes order arrives quickly, accurately, and with care. You will lead the relationships with our logistics and distribution partners, implement systems that improve visibility and efficiency, and build the processes to scale as we expand globally.
📒 Your Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Build scalable processes for purchase orders, replenishment, and production tracking.
- Implement tools and reporting to track supplier OTIF (on-time in-full), production costs, and lead times.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or availability.
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage 3PL warehousing and fulfilment partners and processes to drive accurate and timely customer shipments,
- Manage logistics and transportation carriers and processes including e-commerce customer last mile and shipments into our retail partners.
- Oversee international shipping and customs compliance to ensure smooth cross-border operations.

Build scalable processes for purchase orders, replenishment, and order tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Quality to ensure all goods meet Wuffes’ product standards.
- Support Customer Support and Fulfilment teams by maintaining proactive communication on production and stock status.
- Provide insight and foresight to Growth and Finance on supply constraints and opportunities.
🧠 What You Bring
- Experience managing 3PLs, warehousing, and logistics operations in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of last-mile delivery, retail shipping and routing guide compliance, international shipping, and customs requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, able to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance cost, speed, and customer experience.
- A customer-first mindset — always considering how fulfillment impacts satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Ability to thrive in a scaling business, building processes and systems that can evolve as we grow.
