How to Access your Account Portal

To manage your subscription, head to your Account Portal. Alternatively, you can click the profile icon in the top right corner of our site.

Enter the email address used to make your Wuffes purchase and click "Send Login Code"

Enter the verification code you receive by email or SMS.

How to Edit Payment Method

Once you've accessed your Account Portal, click on "Address & Payment Details"

Click on "Manage Payment Methods"

Here you'll be able to either add a new payment method, or edit your current one

If you choose to add a new payment method, you'll need your card information to enter here.

Enter your card information and click on "Update Card"

How to Edit Email & Phone Number

From your Account Portal, click on "Address & Payment Details"

Click on "Edit your Details" and fill in the blanks

Click on "Save Changes" to update your details

How to Edit Subscription Frequency

From your Account Portal, click “Manage Subscriptions” and select the subscription you would like to edit.

Choose how often you would like to receive your shipments and click on "Save Changes"

How to Edit Number of Tubs/Bottles

From your Account Portal, click "Manage Subscriptions"

Find the product subscription you would like to increase or decrease and click "-" or "+" symbols. Select the amount of tubs or bottle you wish to receive with each order and click "Save Changes".

How to Reschedule your Order

From your Account Portal, click "Reschedule"

You can delay by 1 week, 2 weeks, or choose a specific date that suits you best. Once you've selected a date, click on "Save Changes".

How to Change your Address for Upcoming Orders

From your Account Portal, click "Address & Payment Details"

Click on the address you want to change and click "Edit"

Update your information and click on "Save Change"
